RESEARCH INFORMATION:
I am interested in the nanotechnology and optical and electrical properties of semiconductor nanostructures and nanocomposites on base of conducting polymers and nanocrystals. My research is aimed to obtain fundamental knowledge on physical phenomena in quantum superlattices, dots and polymer-nanocrystal nanocomposites and to apply them to development of new devices.
